I am so happy that you are here! Truly. I am so happy.
Sharing food is my love language. It absolutely fills my heart to feed you. Because of this love of mine, I am on a mission to create vegan and gluten-free foods that not only enrich and nourish human’s lives, but also the lives of animals and our Earth.
My dad shared “The Starfish Story” with me at a young age and it awoke something in my heart. I wanted to know: how can I make a difference in one person’s life? Just one person at a time — one starfish at a time.
Here at Starfish Bakery, my goal is to do just that by showing people, beginning with food, that they are worthy of eating satisfying, flavorful, and nourishing foods, no matter their dietary preferences or restrictions.
Day by day, we must do our part to actively show the people in our lives, the places we live, and the species we share our Earth with that all of this matters. Make it known!
You matter. They matter. We all matter.

The Starfish Story by Loren Eisley
One day a man was walking along the beach when he noticed a young boy picking up and gently throwing something into the ocean.
Approaching the boy he asked, “Young man, what are you doing?”
“Throwing starfish back into the ocean! The surf is up and the tide is going out. If I don’t throw them back, they’ll die,” the boy replied.
The man laughed to himself and said, “Do you realize there are miles of miles of beach and hundreds of starfish? You can’t make any difference.”
After listening politely, the boy bent down to pick up another starfish and threw it into the surf. Then, he smiled at the man and said, “I made a difference to that one.”
