Your Questions, Answered

  • YES! We are a gluten-free facility and all pastries are 100% vegan.

  • I use a varieties of gluten-free flours depending on the pastry. For my all purpose flour blend, I use King Arthur 1-1 gluten free flour. The other flours I use include almond, millet, and sorghum.

  • The short answer is no. My chocolate contains soy lecithin, and I use organic soy milk in most other pastries. There are a few exceptions (cheddar herb scones, shortbread, some cookies), so please just ask! :)

  • Soon! The demand hasn’t quite been there, but I am excited to introduce bread to this community in the near future.

  • Not at this time. As the team grows, we will be taking special orders, but until then, we are not.

  • At the cafe of course (located inside Green Bus Cafe), and at the city park and south pearl street farmers market under the Green Bus Cafe tent. We also provide pastries for Sweet Bloom’s three cafes located in Arvada, Westminster, and Lakewood!

  • Donuts are available on Saturdays only and cinnamon rolls are available on Sundays only.
